Already a Duke Energy customer? If you’re moving from one residence in our service area to another, you'll need to complete this request. Please allow at least three business days to complete your request.
Remember to stop service at the location you're moving from. You can also view, change or cancel an existing request to start electric service.
Stop Service
Need to discontinue service? Sign in to Duke Energy Online Services to stop service at an existing residence. Please allow at least three business days to process your request.
