In order to obtain your four free admission passes, customers will need to have the following information handy:

Residential customers: Nonresidential customers:
  • First and Last Name of Account Holder
  • Email address
  • Account Number
  • The last four digits of the Account Holder's SSN
  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Account Number
  • The last four digits of their Federal Tax ID

Process for free admission:

Customers who have established service as of Sept. 15, 2012, will log on to www.holidaytraindisplay.com to obtain their Confirmation Code.

Customers who have applied for service after Sept. 15, will need to contact the call center. Please call 800-544-6900 to receive your confirmation code to be redeemed at the Cincinnati Museum Center.

Hours of operation:

Monday – Thursday : 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday – Saturday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
December 24: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
