For the Hearing Impaired

Customers with speech and hearing impairments may use TDD/TTY equipment to call us. This service can only be used if you have the appropriate TDD/TTY equipment; a device equipped with a typewriter-style keyboard and operated through a standard telephone. Please call 1-800-228-6195 to utilize this service.

For those customers who need to communicate with us, but do not have TDD/TTY equipment,  there is a free relay service that may be used by calling 711. The telephone company acts as the third party representative and translates the TTY message to a voice message.
