Preferred Pay Agent Locations
Duke Energy provides a network of free and fee preferred pay agent locations to pay your bill in person. Preferred pay agents provide real time posting of payments to Duke Energy accounts. All preferred pay agent locations are listed on our website.
Non-preferred pay agents may take up to 3-5 business days to post payments to Duke Energy accounts. We recommend that customers use the preferred payment locations listed on our website.
