- Duke Energy offers interpreting services to all of our non-English speaking customers whether they call or visit a local office.
- Large Print Bills
- Our Large Print Bills provide the same information as a regular bill, but on slightly larger paper.
- Braille Bills
- We offer Braille bills for our visually impaired or blind customers.
- Third-Party Notification
- This program sends a copy of your monthly bill to a friend or relative without holding them responsible for the payment. Paperless Billing accounts are not eligible.
