- If you qualify as a low-income household, the EAP program may help you pay part of your heating bills.
- Helping Hand
- An assistance program available to low-income customers who are at least 60 years old or disabled and who meet certain income guidelines may receive assistance in paying part of their heating bills.
- Life Support
- Duke Energy offers a Life Support Program for customers who use electrically powered life support equipment.
- TDD/TTY
- Customers with speech and hearing impairments with access to TDD/TTY equipment may call us directly.
- Foreign Language Assistance
- Duke Energy offers interpreting services to all of our non-English speaking customers whether they call or visit a local office.
- Large Print Bills
- Our Large Print Bills provide the same information as a regular bill, but on slightly larger paper.
- Braille Bills
- We offer Braille bills for our visually impaired or blind customers.
- Third-Party Notification
- This program sends a copy of your monthly bill to a friend or relative without holding them responsible for the payment.
