Start Service
How Do I Start Service?
To start service online, you must have a Duke Energy Online Services account. Once you log in, click on "Turn On Service" in the left column.

If you're not yet registered, signing up is easy. We'll ask for the same information you'd need to provide if you called us on the phone to start your services.
There are other great benefits to registering for Online Services. In addition to completing a request to start your service, you will be able to:
- Pay your bill online
- Review your billing history
- Manage your accounts
- Make other service requests
- Report an outage
