Online Services provides many of our business customers the freedom to manage energy bills online. Online Services is designed for our business customers with 5 or less accounts.

To register for Online Services, you will need your Duke Energy account number and meter number — both are located on your bill. After registering, you will have access to your account information and other benefits.
