Smart $aver® Incentive Program

At Duke Energy, we want to reward your business for saving energy, and we’ve made it easy for you to do just that! If you anticipate building a new facility or simply remodeling your existing business, there are incentives that can help your business offset the cost to purchase high-efficiency equipment prior to the completion of your project. And as you know, high-efficiency equipment (lighting, cooling, motor or pump equipment) will reduce your energy usage and cut your business’ operating expenses.

To qualify, customers must:

• Be a Duke Energy commercial or industrial retail electric customer with a demand of 500 kW or less. 
• Submit a completed application within 90 days after new equipment is installed and operational.
