How it works

  1. 1Complete free Home Energy Check‌

    You must complete a Home Energy Check and receive a qualifying recommendation within 24 months in order to qualify for all Home Energy Improvement rebates.

  2. 2Make improvements

    Based on your recommendations, invest in the comfort, value and energy efficiency of your home and enjoy the benefits now and for years to come.

  3. 3Get your rebate

    Please complete the full rebate process to get your money back.

Select a rebate for your project

We can help with simple upgrades that will maximize comfort so you can live better. Discover new ways to help reduce your energy usage and save on your monthly bill!

  • Attic insulation‌

    Get up to $800 off with an instant rebate when you use an approved contractor from our list. Contractor will deduct the rebate amount from your invoice.

  • Duct test and repair‌

    Get up to $450 off with an instant rebate when you use an approved contractor from our list. Contractor will deduct the rebate amount from your invoice.

  • Energy efficient windows‌

    Get up to $800 back on east-, west-, and south-facing windows. You select a contractor and submit rebate request online once your project is complete.

  • HVAC replacement‌

    Get up to $1,000 back on qualifying heat pump or AC units. You select a contractor and submit the rebate request online once project is complete.

All home improvement rebates are valid for single family homes. Multifamily and manufactured homes are qualified for specific rebate measures.

• Multifamily properties are eligible for HVAC and attic insulation rebate incentives.
• Manufactured homes are eligible for HVAC and duct test and repair rebate incentives.
