Changes to 406(b) Senior Financial Officer Standards Duke Energy's Code of Business Ethics
Duke Energy revised its Code of Business Ethics effective May 15, 2009. The revision includes only technical, administrative or other non-substantive amendments applicable to Duke Energy's principal executive officer, principal financial officer and controller that relate to items enumerated in Item 406(b) of Regulation S-K.
