Duke Energy’s Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) appeals to HR professionals who have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills and are ready for the challenges of a dynamic, changing industry.
What to expect
- Three rotational assignments to provide exposure to multiple functions and aspects of the business. Two assignments, each over a six-month period, are typically in corporate groups such as compensation or benefits. The third assignment, for a one-year period, is typically in a power plant or customer contact center.
- Rotation across multiple locations and human resources functions to promote an integrated view, as well as networking opportunities
- Contact with leaders at all levels of the company and access to a substantial support network of HRDP graduates employed at Duke Energy
- Periodic performance reviews and mentoring to help guide your career
