Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are Company sanctioned networks of employees with common interests or experiences, whose goals and objectives clearly align with the company's goals and objectives.

The purpose of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) is to provide a stronger sense of community within the company. ERGs must:
- Be formed around a common dimension of diversity
- Have goals and objectives that clearly align with the company’s goals and strategies; serves as a resource for talent management strategies as deemed appropriately.
- Provide educational/cultural awareness and professional growth for employees.
