Diversity Council
Purpose
The Diversity Council partners with the work force diversity team to establish a corporate diversity and inclusion strategy throughout the enterprise. The council is accountable to the sponsors, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Accountabilities
- Review, support and guide the development of strategies and operational plans for enterprise workforce diversity.
- Review and analyze enterprise measures and emerging workforce trends.
- Evaluate the implementation of plan initiatives.
- Serve as advocates and role models for diversity and inclusion.
- Provide a forum for continuous education on matters related to diversity and inclusion.
- Provide an annual report to the sponsors.
- Others, as agreed upon by the Council.
