Duke Energy’s Accounting Development Program is designed to develop accounting professionals with the strong analytical, leadership and communication skills to help the company succeed in a challenging and complex financial environment.

What to expect

• Four rotational assignments over a six-month period across multiple locations to provide an integrated view of the company’s business and accounting functions and create networking opportunities
• Management and peer mentoring to provide insight into organizational culture, career development and personal growth
• Performance review at the end of each rotational assignment
