Here's how it works:

• Log in to Duke Energy Online Services.
  First time here? Then register for your free account.
• Click the Bill Highlights section at the middle of the page for the highlights of your monthly bill.
• Click the Bill Analysis link to get even more detail.

Our free Bill Analysis service:

• Lets you compare your current month's energy use to last month and last year.
• Presents weather information to coincide with each bill, so you can see how the hot, cold or mild temperatures directly impacted your energy use.
• Allows you to update your home's online profile to account for new efficient appliances and recent home improvements.
